I LOVE YOU SO F***ING MUCH – GLASS ANIMALS – ALBUM
The return of Glass Animals is here, after there last release of “Dreamland” in 2020 they took over radio stations and TikToks everywhere! I think this new album was a successful display of their euphoric-spacey music. They wanted to present a feeling of each person’s importance and place within the whole universe. With hopes of a much better tour this year, Glass Animals is finally back outside since not getting to experience a regular tour back in 2020.

TOUGH – QUAVO & LANA DEL REY – SINGLE
The long awaited project was finally released along with a short film to share a story. We all know and love Lana’s artistic aesthetic and the pair with Quavo only brought back her roots of rap and pop mixes. It was a beautiful display of soft connection through music and visual elements. The angelic, soft voice of Lana Del Rey, paired with the deep, electric voice of Quavo display a balance of two different worlds working together

The frat boy, nerdy looking boy surprised us with a Atlanta-styled hip-hop album. He has learned the language of it and executed it successfully in this project. With a starting song featuring DJ Holiday to introduce the man and prepare listeners for something they weren’t expecting. A bouncing, distorted sound evident in his songs, to create a unique beat. Whilst talking his sh** on doing his thing despite what others think or say. His unexpected talent just makes you want to hear more.

BRAT – CHARLI XCX – ALBUM
What an album!! Beginning with the drop of “360” with the insane music video featuring so many pop favs, from Emma Chamberlain, Julia Fox, Chloe Cherry, and so many more. The song itself was a power moment, just like the rest of the album. It has been a BRAT SUMMER of women feeling empowered. This album was no surprise after her previous releases highlighting her colorful, active, and loud personality through her songs!

This is Tems’ debut LP, that shared a story of how her last EP and now many chances of working with big name artists such as Drake, Future, Beyonce, Rihanna, Wizkid has brought her to be where she is now. An album sharing a beautiful story of her rising confidence and excitement of her love for music.

HARDSTONE PSYCHO – DON TOLIVER – ALBUM
This album was avery exciting step in Toliver’s career, being his now 6th studio album his legacy is growing fast!
To me, this album was his moment of rock and funk. He was back in his mode of big confidence and good vibes. A little of new sound was introduced in his song “Brother Stone” featuring Kodak Black, mixing his experimental hip-hop and trap. Many features with Travis Scott ranging from OG Travis Scott sounds flashing back to “Before the Rodeo” days and bringing in a chill feel and thoughtful ??? He also included Teezo Touchdown which reminded listeners of Don Toliver’s lyrical artistry of telling a story through his music.
